Sadly, I'm in the same boat as the other people here. Mike has cancelled numerous appointments, has been unreachable about rescheduling. My appointment on 9/15 was cancelled that day, and I've tried 4 separate times to reach him about rescheduling, but he has not responded. He did the same thing with my appointment in June and May. I'm not sure what is going on with Mike personally, and I feel bad, but I also need my hair cut regularly and reliably, and that is just not being met by Mike.
After going here for several years me and my son have had our appointments cancelled the last 5 times in a row. Tried giving him another chance after the first 4 back to back cancellations (2 for my son and 2 for me) but he again cancelled my sons appointment the day of the appointment. If you don't want our business maybe don't accept the appointments or stop cancelling last minute.
Nice guy and a good Barber/Stylist…but he has cancelled on me the day of my appt. 3 times now. Not worth the headache.
Similar to the most recent review, I also showed up at the scheduled appointment only to find a sign on the door that indicated Mr. Kasper was out on leave. Before arriving, I received text message updates reminding me of my appointment just the day before the scheduled time. At no point was I ever contacted to reschedule the appointment. Additionally, I texted the number provided on the sign/website to inquire about rescheduling and I never heard back.
