Kasparian Underground claims to specialize in underground electrical distribution systems, but their work tells a very different story. The installation was sloppy and poorly executed, with corners cut at every stage. I would not recommend Kasparian Underground. My experience with them was very unprofessional from start to finish. Communication was poor, deadlines were not respected, and the quality of work performed was terrible. The results did not meet even basic expectations, and I was left disappointed with both the service and the outcome. Save yourself the stress and look for a company that values professionalism and stands behind the quality of their work.

KASPARIAN UNDERGROUND was an absolute disappointment from start to finish. The staff were not just unhelpful—they were downright rude, dismissive, and made it clear that customer service is not a priority for them. Any attempt to ask questions or get clarification was met with hostility, as if serving customers was beneath them. On top of that, the work they delivered was sloppy and careless.
