Brent Kaspar LISTENS. That alone is worth the cost. I worked very diligently to get a fees and costs award to pay the retainer for Brent Kaspar, who, after speaking with over a dozen attorneys across the SFBA, is, in my opinion, the best and brightest of all family law attorneys that I encountered on my search. I called and made an appointment on last week. I explained what I needed and they said that I could speak with a lawyer the following week. A thirty minute consultation with a lawyer would be 235.00. I paid the fee and they sent me a intake form asking for case number and other info. I called at and the lawyer asked me how he cod help me. The call lasted for less than 10 minutes for the lawyer to tell me that he can't help me. They should have told me last week.
