Our technicians did a great job, they took their time and my carpets looking the best ever. They were very prompt and friendly and they work amazing!! I'm satisfied customer!!
They arrived early, assessed the carpet situation, gave me a clear description of what would happen, helped me move some awkward furniture, gave advice from their previous experience on how to best clean the carpets and proceeded to do a highly professional job.
From the time of booking to the technician, all of the staff members were kind and competent. Excellent communication regarding their arrival time. The carpets smell and look wonderful. Bravo for a job well done!
