I work for an agency. My client needed to contact this office due to a case he has. The receptionist called me back and was EXTREMELY rude. I was not even able to complete my sentence without her raising her voice and talking over me. I will be completely honest, I hung the phone up on her. Very rude, very disrespectful and I cannot see how they have somebody like that working the phones. I am very upset and would like to speak with a supervisor about this encounter. All I was trying to do was assist my client.
