Came here for an alignment and was told it couldn't be completed because I needed a new tie rod and ball joint. Got a quote. Left and bought the parts myself for 1/4 of his price, then I took my car to a friend to replace those parts for less labor only to discover both of those parts were completely fine. Punchy whittakers completed the alignment with zero issues. So they tried to sell parts and services that were not needed.
