No, I didn't notice an odor Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen

Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive

Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me

I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!
