We purchased my wedding band from Kasia over 5 years ago, and for our anniversary my husband wanted to surprise me with a second band. The only problem was my band is white gold which is not available on the site anymore. He reached out and they were more than willing to accommodate our request to re-create the band in white gold. The Reina band goes perfectly with my engagement ring, and I cannot wait to add the second one!
I purchased Shaw earrings (US$800) for my partner’s birthday. I paid through the Kasia website on 16th March with a delivery time of 6-8 weeks. Over 4 months later I am still yet to receive them. Kasia are non-responsive to my requests for a delivery update or refund. I remain hopeful that they will deliver the product but their customer service is unacceptable. Birthday ruined. Thanks Kasia.
Where to begin!! This ring is super near and dear to my heart since it's the diamond that my dad proposed to my mom with. My dad has since passed so being able to re-design it and have it be a part of Andrew and I's story is so special to us!
