I was expecting the food to be good, usually temples prepare the best food. I had a dosa and a cup of tea. For 2 dollars you can make really good tea; I could taste the water in the tea there. Being a temple canteen I was hoping the chutney and sambhar would be atleast close to saravana bhavan or A2B. the chutney was about 25% coconut and the rest ground gram. Kind, welcoming, and informative kitchen located adjacent to the Kasi Temple. We were the only people present in the dining room. Since the location is a temple, there are vegetarian options only.
