Zero stars. Dr. Katwala raised his voice at me because I was upset after being forced to wait for him, with my IV in, for more than 2 and 1/2 hours at Edward hospital. The surgical team appeared to be in no hurry whatsoever to take care of me. And it was orchestrated by Dr. Katwala. He believes he's entitled to do as he pleases even raising his voice when it is HIS fault. Forget about the patients condition.
