I recently purchased new left handed KASHO shears and texturizers and was disappointed. I had had my original KASHOS 12 years and LOVED them. I emailed customer service and they returned my email immediately. They sent a label for me to return the shears and they made them right and mailed them back right away. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Long story short..... I sent a pair of shears to be sharpened to Kasho, but used a former address. CHRISTINE is a great rep. She helped me to locate me shears, promised and made good on the offer of a quick return once they received them. My shears were perfectly sharpened and balanced. THANKS!
