The turnaround time was exactly what they promised, with no annoying delays or excuses. My rug looks fantastic and the texture is incredibly soft underfoot.
My absolute favorite feature of this service is the video update they send you showing the actual washing process. It’s both deeply satisfying and slightly shocking to see how much dark dirt was hidden deep within the fibers. They did an absolutely incredible job cleaning it out and making it completely hygienic again for our home. I love a business that uses modern technology to show its transparency and quality of work.
Honestly, thought I’d have to throw out our area rug after our new puppy had a rough week of potty training. They got every single stain out and didn’t charge an arm and a leg.
Drop a cup of bright red fruit punch on a beige rug? Yeah, my toddler did that, but these guys made the stain completely disappear. They're really awesome!!::))
