Kiki is not a very kind person at all. All this shop cares about is money. I had a few issues with my payment and they told me they weren't able to do my hair instead of giving me some time to get my money together. They say they care so much about their clients and giving their clients confidence but really the only thing they care about is getting their money out of your pockets. Kiki is the best. She took so much time before even booking the service in order to throughly explain the process and answer any questions I would have. The quality of the hair is 10/10, and it’s very clear Kiki is an expert at her craft!!!! They color matched everything so perfectly.
