I'm so thankful we found Kashima at the start of what was an intense house searching process. We came to really rely on her opinions not only of house quality and longevity but also on how to best strategize our offers in a competitive market. Kashima brought so much energy and treated us with so much love even though we were the opposite of ideal clients: we were first-time homebuyers (anxious, OCD ones at that) who needed a house quickly in a crazy tough seller’s market, and our tastes were fancier than reasonable for our budget. Best Realtor Ever! Kashima Peters was a cute above the rest. She knows the area really well, which was important to us. She is not only friendly, but really listens and puts you at ease. We never felt pushed or pressured. She let us know what to expect and walked us through everything.
