Since starting with Kashi, I have experienced pain free days and a new way of thinking despite all that I have experienced in my life with trauma and chronic illness. I highly recommend ART with Kashi because it works. I have tried other types of therapy and experienced some results but not at the level I have in the short amount of time that I have been using this treatment path.
Since starting my ART sessions with Kashi I have seen my self awareness increase exponentially. Also my ability to regulate my emotions or catch myself before acting too intensely has been much better than ever before. What can I say about the ART sessions I had with Kashi? I can say they changed my life in a number of ways…all for the better.
