After struggling for years with eczema, PCOS and several other health concerns without finding relief, I decided to explore Ayurveda as an alternative. My search led me to Kashi Ayurveda, and I am truly thankful and grateful for it. There was nothing Ayurvedic about her approach. The discussion was limited to my patient history and a few general suggestions about improving my diet. There was no mention of Ayurvedic concepts like prakriti, vikriti, or body type assessment. She attempted to sell me some pills at an unreasonably high price, without providing their names. I recognized one of them as Triphala Guggulu, which is widely available on the market for under $10—she was charging $33 for it. Dr Soumya is awesome, I was suffering from severe allergies. Her medication and guidance helped solve it completely with no external medication. I am grateful that I met Dr Soumya. She also specialize in several other alignments. I would recommend her to everyone.
