Started out ok when buying the house but they have been more then frustrating to deal with after the sale. After months of phone calls and multiple emails, we still have a floor that you can’t walk on. It cracks and creeks so loud it wakes up the baby every time we walk down the hall. We were told it would be a quick fix back in June and now all get is unanswered calls and emails. We purchased a house built by Kasher corporation. Like any other house, we had some issues in the first year and it took 30-40 phonecalls every single time to get someone to come out and look/fix the issue. The last time, there was a leak and they left holes in our walls and have never picked up the phone, responded to messages from us or their agent to come and fix them. If you can, find another house or be prepared to get all work post sale done by yourself. They make nice houses but don't hold up their end of the warranty... read more
