Very thorough, very polite. Not in a rush. Explained procedure step-by-step on how they would occur. Kaseys entire staff was very considerate. There was no waiting. I was seen in a timely manner.
I didn't have an appointment I was there to get a paper signed to get hearing aids. It was decided I should have a hearing test. I had a lot of wax in my right ear. They said they could take it out before the test. Kasey worked me in before they did the test. She also saw me afterwards. I had no appointment and they were so nice and considerate. When I got home I looked up when I had an appointment with Kasey it was in November. Thank you to everyone at ENT for taking care of everything. Mina McCall
