Update 7/10/26: I have filed a lawsuit in the Santa Clara courthouse against Kasey. It is public information so anyone can look it up. Update 7/1/26: Kasey reversed a refund check and is withholding $11,610 from me. I have since sent a demand for repayment of funds that are owed to me and will update my review accordingly. If no response is given or repayment made I will be filing suit at the Santa Clara Courthouse. I am sharing my personal experience following EASE expansion with Dr. Kasey Li, which unfortunately did not meet expectations. Early in the expansion process, around the seventh turn, I noticed developing asymmetry and raised this concern directly with Dr. Li. Dr. Li stated that the asymmetry was pre-existing and did not recommend any change to the expansion plan. As expansion continued, the asymmetry became more noticeable. Dr. Li performed a Maxomandibular advancement for sleep apnea over 10 years ago. Great surgeon. I don’t think anyone has done more MMAs than him. Cost me over $30,000 out of pocket for paying him which insurance would not cover. He said that the payment for that surgery that the insurance offers is about $1500 and so I understand he wouldn’t accept that for a four hour surgery. I think there was a guy at a teaching hospital that no longer works there – that could’ve done it without asking for any extra payment and just accep... read more
