Absolutely love this office and all the wonderful women that work there! They take very good care of their patients.
Not very friendly… said she would call in meds for me and never did it! I’m still waiting over the long holiday…
Kacey is amazing! But whenever I call the nurse, she is ALWAYS rude. (This is one particular person, I remember her voice) I have yet to have a pleasant experience with her. Loved Kacey, unfortunately the nurse is ruining it. Maybe because I’m hormonal but any expecting mother shouldn’t have to deal with a rude nurse when she’s only asking a simple question.🙂
Our visit was extremely disappointing, both in how we were treated by staff and how my daughter’s medical concerns were handled. Despite completing early check-in paperwork the day before, I was required to redo paperwork at registration. Both the front desk and registration staff were short with me and made me feel rushed, even though we arrived before our 9:30 appointment.
