I'm surprised the other reviews on here. Ms.Kaser was a great mediator for our divorce. We have three children and her counseling background was incredibly valuable in the process. My ex and I both left feeling like the outcome was good for everyone. Neither one of us got everything we wanted, but we both felt it was fair and based on solid legal knowledge. I have already recommended her to someone I know.
Martha Kaser acted as a mediator then declared herself as an arbitrator. My understanding this is AGAINST supreme court rulings. In Minkowitz v. Israeli, A-2335-11T2, 2013 WL 5336454 (N.J. Super. Ct.
