Hired to do an estimate on repairs based on a home inspection. Some requested repairs were omitted from the quote, while other items that were not requested were included in the quote. The quoted repairs were not itemized, leaving us with no accurate information on the repairs we needed. When we called Mark to clarify, he stated that he was swamped and preferred that we not use his services anyway. He then hung up on us. He did, however, have no problem charging us $200 for the estimate.
The work they did here at best is a zero. There’s about an inch gap from my walls to my floors in entire living room. Kitchen floor started separating 2 months after we moved in . They didn’t seal the basement At all. Didn’t finish painting. They came back after we contacted them did a walk through and haven’t heard from them yet about fixing there mistakes .
