Great experience with phenomenal service and staff. Our chef was very friendly and highly skilled. I loved hearing about each course being served. I highly recommend the sake pairing as it all works together. Hearing about the history of the sake and what makes each bottle special is truly amazing.
Absolutely one of the best omakase experiences in Nashville! The food is incredible, the service is exceptional, and the sake pairing is truly amazing. I’ve been here four times already, and every visit has been better than the last. It’s the kind of place you immediately want to come back to-and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. I need to collect my thoughts as I come down from the euphoria of dining at Kase so that I can leave a proper review. It was wonderful. My wife and I uttered the word "wow" dozens of times. We did the Andrew Zimmern head shake multiple times. It is an experience to be coveted. Do not tarry with making a reservation, nor should one be discouraged with being denied. Absolutely incredible experience and meal!! The entire team was so accommodating and kind. The drinks were top notch and the food was next level. Such a unique concept but worth going back again and again!
It was a great time, and a great culinary experience. Every course was fantastic besides the Unagi, which may be a matter of personal opinion. The drinks were fantastic, extremely reasonably priced for Nashville. The service between courses was well thought out. I appreciated them changing out our finger napkins. The chefs were very entertaining and great client facing people. You got to savor every bite as its own experience and give food the time it deserves to be appreciated. I will be back at a future date.
