Was supposed to come in at 9:40 AM for a brow tint and wax. I showed up at 9:38 AM. Google says they open at 9:00AM on Saturday Place was closed? Not sure if something happened but for my first appointment I was a little confused. I hope everything is okay but a call would’ve been nice.

Wow! My last haircut (not by Kase) was awful, so I was a bit nervous about getting another one, but Yaidy was incredible! My appointment was supposed to be from 5:30 to 7, but I walked out at 7:40 and didn't even realize she spent so much extra time on my hair. She's Amazing! I totally recommend her. I feel pretty
Go see Claire for your hair! She did an absolutely incredible job on my haircut and balayage, it was exactly what I wanted. Claire is very friendly and easy to converse with! The Kase environment was relaxing and my hair was done in my expected time. You can tell that Claire truly cares about your experience, and especially your hair. I 10/10 recommend this salon and definitely book with Claire if possible!
