It’s interesting reading these reviews and people are saying he’s a “great lawyer”. This man mostly goes against people who lack resources & he represents people who already hold the power in the case. That’s not being great at what you do to be an expert going against people who don’t know. Heads up, one of his “winning strategies” is allegedly “charging” fees so extremely excessive so HRA doesn’t approve your application. Called for assistance but had a terrible male assistant. Couldn't even help with what I needed, so just had to hang up.
I bought a residential condo as an investment and inherited very difficult tenants. On the recommendation of a friend I hired James Kasdon to bring a case to remove the tenants. The tenants got a lawyer but Kasdon got it settled immediately and when they defaulted and got court stays for more time Kasdon got them denied, got me a money judgment for all the rent and then got the judgment paid.
