Charged me a totally unrealistic amount for a clogged drain. Was not willing to compromise on bill even though I was charged for 2 1/2 hours and maybe with drive time it took an hour and 1/2. This on top of trying to get someone to call me back for 3 months after I called, e-mailed and mailed a letter. Not impressed.
The plumber almost started my house on fire by plugging too many cords into an outlet (sump pump, back-up sump pump, dehumidifier). Not even 3 MONTHS later I needed a new sump pump & they wouldn't even look into my 3 YEAR warranty. They wouldn't return my phone calls or emails. And they RAISED their prices for my SECOND sump pump less than 3 months later. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Stay away from these crooks.
