From the beginning, this contractor was full of excuses. First, they delayed the start date. Then, once they finally started, they dragged the project out much longer than promised. Every time I asked for progress updates, I got vague answers or false promises. After completion, I noticed multiple flaws—loose boards, poor finishing, and visible nails sticking out. When I asked them to come back, they ignored me completely. Very untrustworthy company.
The team this siding contractor sent out clearly didn’t know what they were doing. They left ladders and tools scattered dangerously around my property, and one of them even damaged my window while working. Instead of apologizing, they tried to cover it up! The siding itself was installed incorrectly, with visible seams and gaps. I now have to pay extra to another contractor to fix their mistakes. Their lack of professionalism and carelessness was shocking.
One of the main reasons I chose this siding contractor was because they boasted about their warranty. But when the siding started coming loose after just six months, suddenly that “warranty” didn’t mean anything. They refused to honor it and instead tried to charge me even more for repairs. The customer service was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. They know how to talk big to get your money, but once they’re paid, they don’t stand behind their work.
We heard about Justin Kasberg from a friend, and he and his crew were perfect for our residing project on the oldest house in the neighborhood. As feared with such an old house, we encountered many issues once the old siding was pulled off, and Justin communicated well about what options we had to fix these issues.
