I’m old and I don’t move around very well, and I dreaded having to go to my appointment. But from the front desk, everybody I dealt with were so kind and caring. It put me at ease. Then when I met Dr. Kasar, she was so kind and thoughtful of my feelings. The nurses in the room with her were also lovely. I would tell anybody to see Dr. Kasar. She’s wonderful.
I’m a breast cancer survivor who came to Dr Kasar with an enlarged uterus lining and fibroids needing a biopsy. I not only got in immediately with her but was able to get my biopsy scheduled for the following day. I’ve since needed another biopsy for the same issues. Dr kasar is kind and has always shown me compassion. She talks to me the entire time, explaining what she is doing. She answers all my questions and never makes me feel rushed. Kasar assigned tests and never explains. it’s until I check the test result that I realized I did not need any of the tests assigned as they simply don’t apply to my case. Rude and careless when she communicates. I do not trust her.
My experience is in-line with the most recent review - she not only serious late for my appt after i was called in and charged me the time while i waited for her. she's careless and assigned me tests that i do not need and never explain. cannot trust her decisions made for me and i switched.
