My mother-in-law is still waiting on her window that she hired them to frame 3 MONTHS ago. She was told it would take 3 days. It had been lost at one point, broken, wrong type of frame. Very little communication from them on the matter. As of today, she is ready to go in and get it to do herself or take it somewhere else and get her money refunded. Would not recommend. If I could give zero or negative stars, I would.

VERY dissatisfied. After getting a quote the end of February, 2017 I then ordered the glass for my window. After 2 weeks I had not heard anything and called, they first acting like they had NO idea that I ordered it or who I was. I was then told to call back later for status.I did, then was told it was going to be $50.00 more then I was quoted because the person who gave me the quote was now gone. So, I said ok. Poor quality product. Poor service. New glass has black stuff between the panes. Said they would reorder but never did. They better do some serious service recovery if they want my opinion to change. There were more projects to be done at my house.
