My mother-in-law is still waiting on her window that she hired them to frame 3 MONTHS ago. She was told it would take 3 days. It had been lost at one point, broken, wrong type of frame. Very little communication from them on the matter. As of today, she is ready to go in and get it to do herself or take it somewhere else and get her money refunded. Would not recommend. If I could give zero or negative stars, I would.

Poor quality product. Poor service. New glass has black stuff between the panes. Said they would reorder but never did. They better do some serious service recovery if they want my opinion to change. There were more projects to be done at my house.
