I stopped by yesterday 7/2/2026 at 5:20 pm and asked if walk in was okay. She said 6pm and so I waited, 6 pm rolled around and she's still working...10 minutes passed, no updates while she's still working. I stood up and walked out. This customer service deserves a 2 star. Time is money and when you waste people's time, you don't value money or service.
Got me in without appointment, cut was ok. However I can't afford $47 a cut monthly...Back to Great Clips.

Was able to walk straight in and was seated.. friendly service and was able to get the cut I wanted as well as was asked for input while haircut was performed.. highly recommend
