I bought a 2001 Dodge Dakota Slt about 1.5yr ago. And as of recently the transmission gave out. No forward or reverse at all. So I pulled the transmission out and found a KARWAY tag on top. They were the ones who had worked on this transmission. And when I removed the drain pan I found a 3 in bolt from the valve body stuck to the magnet, also every other valve body bolt was loose, then when I went to put the pan back on for transport to a repair shop I discovered that 7 of 14 hole actually were totally stripped of threads. These guys are great. They put in a Hill Killer transmission in my 04 WJ in 3 days and it runs perfect. The whole process was easy and no issues at all.
I have used Karway for at least 10 transmission over the past few years and only once did I have a problem. Even then, when I called and told them what was going on they had it picked up, fixed and delivered back to my shop the next day. Outstanding service and prices!!! I always call John at Karway whenever I have a customer that needs a transmission, I even used them for my own personal car.
