Wish I could give 0 stars for their terrible and dangerous driving.
Absolute worst construction company there is. They are doing a project in the city of Chardon that is taking forever and back in June they had high raised castings all over the place with no cones or indicators that they were there. I was unable to avoid one on my commute and it sliced the sidewall of one tire damaging my rim to the point it would not hold air and caused a bubble in the sidewall of another tire. They tore up the road I travel daily to work and due to them taking forever to re-pave the road and they tore it up so good that they left a crater in the middle of the road and go figure I hit it and cracked my rim. Got that rim fixed and a used tire put on it. And then the next week I hit one of the castings/sewer grate and cracked the other rim. Never in my 15 years of driving have I had to use a spare tire. They are doing with in the City of Chardon and it is an absolute mess. All of the roads are torn up and no work is being done on them. There are very high raised caps all over the middle of the roads. My husband drove over one of them and popped two of his tires. Upon taking it to the dealership, two of the techs there popped their tires in the same spot and in the same manner. I contacted the city who directed me to Karvo.
