I've had nothing but issues with a newly installed door and its weather stripping. Had a door installed last year and still having issues. Not made for harsh Manitoba weather or doors without a storm door. Also poor customer service. They had to come check out the door multiple times over the last half year as they were unwilling to accept the issues i was having, saying it is normal for this type of door system.
nothing against the company but the guy driving the dark blue dodge pickup truck was swerving all over the road and almost turned right into me while i was driving right next time. someone should look into that, would not trust that guy to put my windows in when he can’t look thru his window.
We had consultations with 3 different window companies & found Karufa to be the most helpful; we knew what we wanted, didn't know if it could be achieved, but Karufa gave us many ideas & solutions, laying out the perfect plan. They were incredibly quick with installation & price was very fair. Do yourself a favor and hire these guys! We hired Karufa to replace the 40 year old windows with old wooden frames in our new home. Steven and his team were professional, efficient, and left our house clean and orderly, with all expected finishing touches. Our new windows look beautiful! What started off as a good experience with the first set of windows has now turned into a grossly disappointing experience. The installers were professional and efficient but did leave something to be desired in regards to finishing touches. (Foam residue specifically). Post installation, I didn't hear from my sales person once. Looking past these things, I decided to continue with them for consistency.
