Our daughter broke her arm at school after the gymnastics term had started at Kartwheels. I contacted the owner to tell her the situation and asked for a refund. She said Oh I'm so sorry, yes we can refund and asked for a doctor's certificate needed for her insurance to work... I sent her this document. She then asked if I planned to put my daughter in Karwheels during the next term, so instead of a cash reimbursement I would get a "credit". I said yes. On a couple of occasions, I have been lucky enough to attend the Kartwheel Kids Gymnastics and Circus Awards Day/Showcase. The gymnastic students were aged from about 3yrs old to 15. They were enjoying their performances individually and within groups. While each age group waited for their turn to perform, I was so impressed with their behaviour.
