Owning a Pool is a lot like owning a boat....Bust out another Thousand ..... maintenance Never ends on pools in the Midwest. Mr. Kartsonis is is ALWAYS Booked up and there is a reason for that.....He is Excellent and Very Intelligent and Experienced. You can try others and expect to do it again or you can get in line and and wait for Jim and get the repairs or Service done Right the first time.

former employee here. Mr. Kartsonis is constantly fully booked, for good reason. He does the job right and has the expertise to fix and maintain anything and everything pool related. The other posts I see here are clearly from people he simply did not have the time for. If you want service immediately, this is not the place. If you want it done the right way by the best in the business in all of Kansas City, call Mr. Kartsonis.

Back in about 2006 our pool heater stopped working. We had a warranty on it provided by the seller of our house. Kartsonis was the "approved vendor" for the warranty company. He came out and we couldn't get our calls returned. Turned out he had billed the warranty company without ever doing the work, or returning our phone calls. The warranty company found us another vendor to perform the replacement.

Jim Kartsonis charged $1500.00 to replace a circuit board and some wiring in my hot tub. The spa failed within a week. I called him several times over the course of a month and was put off until 'next week' every time. I continued to be patient because memorial day was coming and he said he was very booked. 6 weeks later, I hired someone else and the job is done. I still haven't heard from Mr. Kartsonis.
