I live in the Kansas City area and went on the internet looking for shear bolts for my Poulan Snow Thrower. Everybody said they had them but none were the right length. I found Karts and Parts and they had exactly what I needed, at factory specs. Fast service too!! Received my parts in a few days ♡ Thank you!

I help friends and family with their yard equipment every once in a while. Each time, I bring the meals, model and serial number of the unit that needs repair, and this shop always has the carburetor in stock. Specifically speaking regarding their availability of Briggs, Honda and limited older Tecumseh engine lines. Fast and friendly, very knowledgeable regarding the parts I needed.

Do not order parts from these people. Ordered parts for my mower, asked for return directions as they were the wrong ones. Then asked for a copy of the original invoice, which Gary decided to ignore. Now past the 14 day return period and still unable to return as required by this company. Absolutely terrible customer service.
