Disappointed with the Staff – Won’t Be Returning Went go-karting yesterday and had a really disappointing experience. The floor staff were rude, unprofessional, and had a terrible attitude. We did two sessions, and in both, they clearly gave preference to their friends—letting them take the front karts both times, while ignoring the rest of us. It was obvious and unfair. Great, well-maintained facilities. What really made the experience stand out was the staff. They were incredibly helpful, making sure everything ran smoothly and safely, while also keeping the vibe fun and exciting. You can tell they genuinely care about making sure everyone has a great time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a thrilling go karting experience!
