I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Karthik Tanneru and the surgical staff who cared for me before and after my kidney stone surgery. From the very beginning, Dr. Tanneru was kind, considerate, and attentive. He took the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and explain everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and reassured. Horrible bedside manner. Very dismissive and rude personality.
Unprofessional person. I told him my problem . He plenty to listen . He told me come back in a year . He never solve my problem. Or act like he concern about it. I would not recommend this doctor to no one.
To talk to a nurse, I was put on hold for 30 min. I hung up and called the receptionist back, and told her I need to talk to the nurse, and not be put on hold for a long time again. So, I was put on hold, this time for 46 minutes!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!
