The office was very busy and business like. I had to wait and then felt rushed when it was my turn. The doctor gave me the wrong prescription and I had to go to a different doctor to get the right one. The doctor's bedside manner was not helpful with my anxiety. Try Vistar!
Find an ethical optometrist elsewhere! I have been a patient of this and the prior owner Dr Rappaport, since the early 1960's. I have always been pleased, but a recent experience has ruined that long time relationship. In fall of 2018 I went in for an exam and to order new glasses & frames. I gave them my vision care insurance card, had the exam, ordered new lenses & frames and discussed the cost. I was given a sheet with what my portion of the bill would be.
