My Audi Q5 had a problem with the Automatic Gearbox, two other garages had tried to fix but were not able to sort it. Fantastic garage, took my car there after two other garages were unable to fix it. Everyone was warm and welcoming and kept me updated through the process with clear and detailed explanations of what the issue was. They even hoovered the interior before I came to collect. I called Kartechnic at the recommendation of a local car stereo company as they thought Kartechenic could resolve the problem with my car's Bluetooth They arranged for me to come in a couple of days later and they very quickly resolved the problem for me while I waited. The team were very polite, helpful and informative. I cannot recommend them to highly.
