Kartchner has been a builder unlike any other. We have had the best experience with them. We've been blown away by their quality, customer service, dedication, and timing on everything. Kartchner Homes is definitely the way to go!! I met Katie Staples a few years ago, long before we were even close to buying. She still took the time to show me around and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. She is amazing! My wife and I recently built a home with Kartchner, in rigby. We could not be happier with our choice! Katie did a fantastic job from the start, all the way to the end. Using their prefered lender ICCU was also a great experiance. I will give a year update on the build once it comes up.
