Flawless experience, cannot recommend them enough. Sam, Erika, Shannon, Hayley, all of the team.
I wish we had the 5-star experience like some of the reviews for Karston. What started out as exceptional, from the quick responses and great service from the team in the office, the build that kicked off and completed quite quickly turned into quite the disappointing outcome. As excited as you would be as first home builders you would expect the finished product to appear brand new. Reliable. Honor long term warranty. We built our investment home at Bahrs Scrub 3 years ago. It was completed a head of time. The journey from plan to handover was quite simple and transparent. They even painted the ceiling where there were water stains. We highly recommend this builder for your home or investment.

Karston team, particularly Joanne, ensured I'm well aware of the process throughout the building journey. As an FHB, Sarah & Joanne made the whole process really easy for me. Great communication throughout the journey. The house was built in good time and no issues throughout the process. Very pleased with the overall result. Thank you, Karston Team! Update: we’d some issues with the bath tub leaking water and damaging one of the adjacent bedroom. The issue was raised with the Karston Team. As always, their respect, efficien... read more
