I’m extremely happy with the service and support provided by Karston Homes. The build quality is excellent, and every detail has been done to a very high standard. Even after the build was completed, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Recently, they arranged to have our front lawn redone. I’ve had a disappointing experience with Karston Builders. Rather than engaging in respectful communication regarding a common boundary fence, I was met with repeated pressure, threats, and aggressive calls attempting to force me into accepting their terms. I have recordings of these conversations for reference. Based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company.
Good communication trough out the building process. Good quality home, although some details could be better in the house. Would be nice to provide a New Home Owner Guide (regarding bins ordering, internet installation, electricity and gas guiding before handover day) in order to make people lives easier and take some stress off the back.
Amazing experience with Karston, my home was built very quickly and finished very well. Would highly recommend the team!
