What utter incompetence!! Claiming that insurance carriers issue refunds when they are not refunding lost money due to Karstens mistakes is again deflecting responsibility. Bernie at the San Antonio office and the rest of the team are inexperienced, fail to meet commitments, are clueless as to what each other is doing, and failed again and again and again on so many steps, even after reminders. They hurt my business. Terrible waste of time and money.
What a disappointment Karstens Financial turned out to be. They cost us money on a number of occasions and that is inexcusable. They disregarded our pleas to pay attention when we warned them and failed to prevent problems. Karstens in unreliable, untrustworthy, inexperienced and incompetent.
Karstens Financial has been an exhausting company to deal with. We warned them ahead of time about another risk and they still allowed the mistake to happen. Days later the problem remains unresolved and we have received no status update. What stands out most is the complete disregard by Bernie and his team. No urgency, no accountability, and no real effort to resolve the problems they create.
