If I could choose negative stars this joke of a car dealer would have negative 5. These guys, specifically Weston (the owner), sold me a 2014 jeep patriot latitude edition with "nothing wrong with it". I walked in with cash and they dropped the price by $600. Not 2 months in the jeep had an electrical issue that happened to be the alternator. We had to pay the price of the alternator and their mechanic put it in for us. We drove it for another 3 months or so when the front end started to bounce. When we took it to our mechan... read more

If I were able to give negative stars I would. I wouldn't even waste my time at this place. Their "mechanic" clears engine lights, then Nick likes to say there none. I asked if there were any lights on, Nick said no. So, as soon as I make it back to Newport, low and behold an engine light appears. I wish that was it. ... So Nick decided to do me a favor by lowering the purchase price of a 2011 Honda Pilot to 10,000 instead of the original 10,500. GREAT!
