My wife and l had recently purchased a model 3 Tesla from Kars Kustoms. We were extremely pleased and impressed with the courteous and professional service we had received from Jay and his staff. I bought a Tesla from Kars Kustoms and it was the best experience I've ever had. Jay and Tushar were super honest and upfront about everything with fair pricing. Not like a typical car dealership that tries to upsell you on everything. Highly recommended and will be sending family and friends there.
Went here twice last year to get some touch up work done on my wrap and they did a good job but a few weeks ago I reached out again via text and didn't get any response for 5 days so I called and spoke to the owner on the phone and he said he saw my message but was too busy on the long weekend to reply and I could come by the following week.
