This Auto Repair Shop Is A Definite NO! The only reason I gave 1 star is b/c I couldn't click a lower rating! The only question I have is... HOW does this guy even stay in business? After taking my late model Pontiac in to find out what was wrong, I got an estimate that would have funded the space program! After I picked my jaw up off the floor. I said OK, thanks anyway! and went to another mechanic in the area. Turned out, it was TOTALLY mis-diagnosed, (benefit of the doubt) OR Karry thought I won the lottery... Find a shop... read more
BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DON'T GO THERE!!! They attempted to repair the transmission on my Oldsmobile. Limped car back to Missouri and took to local trans shop. Not only did they put in unnecessary parts, they charged me $555 more than local shop would have charged for the same parts/labor. After another $1440 the car is fixed and runs great. DON'T believe their motto: "Dedicated to Customer Satisfaction" - they are only concerned with filling their pockets with your $$.
We all have our opinions. I have always had good service from Karry's and although they are expensive compared to other shops, you get what you pay for.
Honest and professional automotive service Karry's is a local, independent automotive facility that not only can provide it's customers with routine maintenance, they also are an excellent place to take vehicles for repairs. We feel their prices are about average for the area, but what makes them stand out with our family is the quality of the work, the knowledge of their mechanics, and their willingness to stand behind their products and repairs and service. Karry's Automotive Service Center is a Rip Off!! I will never go there again. I tried that place because my parents went there. My truck died on me one day and I immediately took it to Karry's. They said it was some fuel system redo. I paid $1000 because it was my only means of transportation. Well it died again! The same way as before spitting and sputtering. Went to Lou's on 41 cause they were close. They checked it and did a total tune up. $150. My truck has been great ever since. That was about 3 1/2 years ago. Neither m... read more
