Dr Spencer is a great Chiropractor. He is professional, thorough, and really takes time to understand your concerns before starting any treatment. He explains everything clearly and makes sure you feel comfortable with the plan going forward. What stood out most was how attentive and patient he is. I never felt rushed, and he encouraged questions. The care felt personalised rather than generic. I would highly recommend Spencer to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring Chiropractor.
I’ve been seeing Nat McGrath for naturopathy for the last couple of months and she is amazing! She’s helped me gain so much more understanding of my gut issues and has come up with a solid treatment plan for me. Very grateful.

I have been going to the centre for over 2 years for chiropractic care, as well as remedial massage. I was in constant pain with a bulging disc, but after working out a care and exercise plan with Dr Scott Brownrigg, I haven’t looked back.
