Staff were really helpful and efficient
The doctor was 50 minutes late
Our experience on this occasion was a poor one, we waited over 45 minutes, then to be treated by the doctor rudely and short, had extremely poor doctor patient rapport, with zero empathy and treated me like an idiot because i wasnt aware of e-script technology
Dr Emmanuel gave me no information on a newly diagnosed condition despite asking multiple times. Showed no care or Interest in helping and cut the session short due to “other clients waiting for their appointments”. Questioned everything beyond previous medical diagnosis and was very rude throughout the session. The service I received was the bare minimum and very poor. As a result they have lost my business.
