Called a week ago and did the process. Got told I’d be getting a call back if Karrie was able to help me or not. It’s been over a week didn’t hear anything. So I called and spoke with a receptionist. The receptionist informed me that Karrie was not able to take my case, and said I’d get a letter in mail as to why and more details. Like just have the decency to call potential clients back.
