I was mid trip and I had a critical problem with my RV. I ended up having to get towed and my tow truck driver recommended KMS, and I'm sure glad that he did. The morning after I was dropped off at the KMS location I was informed that they were super backed up and that they would not be able to work on my rig for some time.
